For an event expecting 500 participants, organizing and creating a concept and visual identity are essential. In the first phase, I developed the key visual and integrated it into the design of invitations, reminders, and the registration landing page.
Organizing an event of such magnitude requires special attention to detail and visual coherence. By automating in InDesign, I created 500 badges and ensured a consistent design for all promotional materials.
I designed the visuals for the spider stand, bags, lanyards, badges, and a presentation video for the event, showcasing the services and products of CTE Trailers. All these were created while respecting the visual identity of the CTE group, thus ensuring the success and impact of the event.
